Leaders & Champions Training
The foundation of successful Six Sigma performance improvement is a knowledgeable, committed, and engaged leadership. While the Black and Green Belt focuses on the nitty-gritty: completion of significant process improvement projects, senior leadership drives the Six Sigmas initiative by creating the necessary support structure to ensure real and lasting results. "Champions" work the middle as they remove barriers to progress by the Belts and communicate issues to senior management. Both roles in a successful Six Sigma initiative cannot be underestimated.

2005 Six Sigma Black Belt Program - Portland, Oregon
includes 4 months of mentoring on one of your projects!
Six Sigma is not a slogan, a program, a toolkit, or even a method. It is quite simply a change in approach, in culture, in the way we do business. Its aim is breakthrough and the ROI that results, and nothing less. But the ball does not carry itself over the goal line. The carrier needs skill, determination, decisiveness, and preparation. This is the profile of the "Black Belt". Their capability to lead project teams on the journey to performance breakthrough is the crucial element of success in Six Sigma organizations. This series of four intensive week-long sessions prepares the Black Belt student to achieve the same breakthroughs in performance that have been captured by GE, Motorola, Honeywell, and other leading Six Sigma proponents. However, this program is not just classroom training: it is on-the-job performance improvement for the Black Belt and the sending organization.

Green Belt Training
8 days program

Successful Six Sigma initiatives deploy a cadre of specially-trained "Green Belts" in the on-going work of performance improvement projects. Green Belts typically lead small-scale improvement project teams and perform various tasks for an organization's Black Belt, such as conducting experiments or collecting process data. This two-week class enables the participant to fill the Green Belt role, providing the participant with a solid background in the Six Sigma improvement model and core methods. And, this program is more than just a series of intense training sessions, it is on-the-job performance improvement for the Green Belt candidate.
