Dr. Donald K. LewisLewis Consulting has led organizations for over twenty years in the implementation of quantitative methods for product, process, and test improvements. The company's expertise spans a wide spectrum of industries, including semiconductor fabrication and equipment, optics and optical components, flat panel displays, circuit board fabrication, engineered wood products, chemicals, foundry, pulp and paper, ink jet technology, injection molding, product assembly, and food processing. In the service industry Lewis Consulting has assisted clients in the management of human resources, health care, legal services, as well as the administration of government services.

Lewis Consulting provides training and project consulting in the "Six Sigma" performance improvement methodology for organizations in the U.S. and Europe. Dr. Lewis is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

The principal, Dr. Donald K. Lewis, is an Adjunct Professor at the Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology, as well as at Willamette University's Atkinson Graduate School of Management. Don serves on the board of the Reed Institute of Decision Sciences at Claremont McKenna College, his alma mater. He received his B.A. in mathematics from Claremont McKenna in 1972 and his Ph.D. in biostatistics from the University of North Carolina in 1980. Don played professional baseball for two seasons for the Cincinnati Reds organization.
